Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties, attend to walk-in visitors and their requests, answering phone calls etc.
- Manage ordering & keeping track of all office and general supplies e.g. beverages
- Manage all office equipment and usability such as water dispenser / printer etc.
- Assist in general administration and coordination in functions / events in the organisation
- Work closely with other departments and provide support in all ad-hoc and administrative duties when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- GCE O / A levels / ITE tertiary
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
- Able to complete given tasks on a timely manner
- Meticulous, Well-organised and Pro-active
- Ability to work in a team
- Proficient with Ms Office applications
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin languages
